1. Services

THE CRAVERS provides services in the following domains:

• Website Design & Development
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Social Media & Brand Marketing
• Google My Business (GMB) Profile Management
• Digital Advertising Campaigns

2. Payment Terms

All payments are non-refundable once a project has begun. Payments are to be made to the VELMORE & CO. bank account managed by ABD AAR MOTORWALA, Proprietor.

Making a payment confirms your acknowledgment and acceptance of our refund and service policy.

3. Project Timelines

Timelines depend on project complexity and client responsiveness. Delays caused by late feedback, approvals, or incomplete information may extend final delivery schedules.

4. Project Approval & Changes

Any revisions requested after project approval will incur additional charges. Revised pricing and revised timelines will be communicated prior to implementation.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, approvals, files, content, and other required assets. Delays or incomplete input from the client may impact project delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by THE CRAVERS remains the property of VELMORE & CO. until full payment is received. Upon successful completion and payment, rights are transferred to the client.

THE CRAVERS retains the right to display completed projects in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

All client information, documents, and project data are kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. No refunds will be issued for initiated or partially completed work. VELMORE & CO. reserves the right to retain payments for work already completed or resources utilized.

9. Limitation of Liability

VELMORE & CO. and THE CRAVERS are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited strictly to the total payment received from the client for the respective project.

10. Changes to Terms

VELMORE & CO. reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services or website indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
